assert now passes non-boolean result

Description

Hi,

Test::Unit::Assertions#assert now passes non-boolean values
(neither true nor false).

It is not only an incompatibility against former TestUnit, also
makes wrong tests (e.g., [ruby-core:29861]) passing.
