The file lib/racc/rdoc/grammar.en.rdoc is not installed. Only empty directory lib/racc/rdoc/ is created. The file should probably go to the documentation and the directory should not be created at all?

Would you mind to elaborate what mechanism utilizes the 10842dae and what will be the output? Without testing, the commit message is not particularly helpful :(
