RDoc documentation bug in Regexp#===

Description
RDoc documentation for `Regexp#===' says:
Case Equality—Synonym for Regexp#=~ used in case statements.
but it is not a synonym for Regexp#=~' as
Regexp#===' returns true' or
false' and Regexp#=~' return an integer or
nil`.
- Category set to doc
- Status changed from Open to Assigned
- Assignee set to zzak (zzak _)
- Target version set to 2.0.0
- Status changed from Assigned to Closed
- % Done changed from 0 to 100
