Description

Problem

def a(b)
  ".#{b unless b == 1}" if true
end

print(a(0))

This script test.rb crashes by ruby --disable-gems --jit-verbose=1 --jit-min-calls=1 --jit-wait test.rb.

Patch

I fixed this in c4794ed73ad348a61a7cfbe3da0a7eb49ba46eb9, which needs to be backported to 2.6 and 2.7.
