Description

Followed up https://bugs.ruby-lang.org/issues/14163#note-5.

The current documentation generated by rdoc shows gemspec files like:

https://docs.ruby-lang.org/en/2.6.0/lib/csv/csv_gemspec.html

It should be ignored.
