In r39814, I fixed a bug of C++ compiler selection for OS X.
Before the revision, If users use clang, configure select g++ for CXX.
So the users cannot build extension libraries if the compiler options they uses for clang are not compatible to g++.

* configure.in: Fix c++ compiler auto-selection not only for
  Darwin 11.x, but also the other versions of Darwin.

* configure.in: set ac_cv_prog_cxx if CXX is supplied.
