Numeric#step with infinity unit doesn't works well:

1.step(0, Float::INFINITY) {|x| p x }
1.0
=> 1
1.step(0, -Float::INFINITY) {|x| p x }
=> 1

Expected result is:

1.step(0, Float::INFINITY) {|x| p x }
=> 1
1.step(0, -Float::INFINITY) {|x| p x }
1.0
=> 1
