I'm sorry that sample app is not simple and probability of segmentation fault is very low.

Thank you for the bug report. Looking at the backtrace, this looks like the same issue as #18627, which has been fixed and will be backported to Ruby 3.1.2.

I confirmed that it seems not to be reproduced on ruby 3.2.0dev (2022-03-27 master 956e57f7f3) [x86_64-linux] .
