I am unable to build from source. After running configure.bat and nmake, I eventually get this:

It seems that a bug of ml.exe of VS2013.
I found a workaround.
After this error, try these commands.

cd ext\fiddle\libffi-3.2.1\src\x86
ml -c -coff -W3 -Cx -Fo win32.obj win32.asm
cd ..\..\..\..\..
nmake
