01:25 AM Ruby Bug #4724 (Rejected): URI.extract parses HREFs in single quotes incorrectly
- >> require 'uri'; URI.extract(%Q{'http://host.com/link'}, ['http'])
=> ["http://host.com/link'"]
Did not expect the trailing single quote. This is reproducible in Ruby 1.8.7
