=begin I have made a patch (which was based upon this problem report) to NetBSD-current two weeks ago. I do not recommend this patch be accepted, but instead be marked as a "OS vendor problem" and fixed as such.
=begin ext/psych/extconf.rb only looks in Macports' directories for libyaml, and will not look in places other OSs may use (such as /usr/pkg for NetBSD.)
