Bug #6462: EXTSOLIBS

  • Makefile.in (LIBRUBY_SO): link EXTSOLIBS too.
  • ext/extmk.rb (mf.macro): use EXTSOLIBS instead of SOLIBS to get rid
    of discard libraries needed by default. [Bug #6462]
