Internal compiler error when compile CRuby with msys2-mingw64-gcc14

Description

Follow CRuby build guide in https://github.com/ruby/ruby
Some file like numerc.c whill produce a internal compiler error when enble option -fno-omit-frame-pointer

gcc version is

Without -fno-omit-frame-pointer option, compile will pass.

"internal compiler error" means a bug of gcc.
We can do nothing for it.
