In http://rubyci.s3.amazonaws.com/raspbian10-aarch64/ruby-master/log/20210617T223805Z.log.html.gz the following error message is observed:

This seems to appear intermittently.

As for test timeout on aarch64-linux we have other open issues: #16493, #16920, #17792. I'm not sure if they are relevant to one another in any way.
