Description

I failed to build Ruby 2.5.1 under Cygwin environment.

Steps:
mkdir ruby-build
cd ruby-build
../ruby-2.5.1/configure --prefix=/usr --enable-shared
make

A "Segmentation fault" occurred during the "generating RDoc documentation" phase.
