closedSortedSet#each does not return self
Description
=begin
irb(main):001:0> require "set"
=> true
irb(main):002:0> Set[1, 2, 3].each {}
=> #<Set: {1, 2, 3}>
irb(main):003:0> SortedSet[1, 2, 3].each {}
=> [1, 2, 3]
This behaviour deviates from what Array#each and Set#each do.
