Hi,</p>
<p>I don't know the true reason, but I guess the file was deleted<br>
just because it was not needed by rdoc itself.</p>
<p>Anyway, it was deleted before 1.9.0, so we should think this is<br>
spec change. You can request the restoration of the file, but<br>
it is a feature request.<br>
I moved this ticket to Feature tracker.</p>

I'm not going to add rdoc/usage.rb or any similar feature back to RDoc.</p>
<p>OptionParser handles this type of feature much better than RDoc will ever be able to.</p>
