Attachment Wiki

Wiki attaches to each project (except for the case when the function has been cut with the project). The same Wiki notation can be used in the considerable situation to which a text is input.

The account method of Wiki is standard not Textile but RD for Redmine. It has changed into the account method of the base. If it is Rubyist, everybody RD knows?
